Default You can do much better than just eating someones else's food!

IMO you can do much better than that by learning more about food and proper diet. So many people get stuck on the "lose weight" rut and overlook so many other contributors to accumulation of body fat which is the main problem in the first place.

Take a body building approach to body compostion that includes training and nutrition (not simply weight loss) and you will see amazing results!
