Hello everybody !
My name is Sarah, and I will be doing my best to answer any question you may have on your training and/ or nutrition program, as well as any other "female issue" that might crop up.
Just so you know a little about who you are dealing with, I was born in Norway, did most of my schooling there but also spent a year at a boarding school in Kent (which has since been closed) and 2½ years studying in Switzerland. I've vagabonded more than I would have liked to, to places such as Dubai, New Orleans, Paris, Normandie ... and that's not counting the vacation places!
An inveterate couch potato, I finally woke up and decided it was time to take charge of my life and my body. After having owned a gym (and run it) for a while, I got my trainers certification, and from there ...
Well, an e-book, an on-line training site (totally personalized, no standard anything here), a partnership in another, large web site, I'm also a moderator in a closed forum as well as the one on the site where I am a partner, and now I'm popping my head in here as well.
Don't be afraid to ask "silly" questions. I've been a total novice, I've had 43% bodyfat (much as I hate to admit it), getting down to 15% was totally possible without feeling like I was missing out, and to me the only silly question is the one you
think is too silly and do not dare ask! So don't be shy, ok?
Be warned however, I do not believe in packing females up in pink cotton with pom-poms on! We have the same muscles as the men and we're darn well going to use them! Just think, if you have a flat on your car, you won't have to wait for a man to come and fix it for you, you'll be strong enough to do it yourself. Or take down that tree on the front lawn that's been bugging you. Or whatever!
So let's have fun, let's be serious, let's get to know eachother.
