Forced rest

I somehow managed to pinch a nerve or "twist" a muscle or something this weekend. In my right shoulder. Result? Impossible to do any training, including leg extensions/curls becauseI can't even load the plates onto the contraption!
Frustrated, butI'll use the rest time to plan my next training program, so all is not lost.
