Before using a supplement, how many calories are you eating? What's the macro nutrient split of your diet? What's your bodyfat levels? How form of exercise are you following, and how often do you do it? Supplements, as the name implies, are "supplemental" to a well designed diet and exercise plan. Some supplements can assist in the weight loss process for sure, but I find people often look to the supplement before having those other essential issues covered. I tend to view supplements as those worth using, those that might be worth trying, and those that are a total waste of money. Sadly, most fit in that last category. I cover all of them in my Fat Loss Revealed Program BTW.

If you be familiar with correct diet info and technique, diet is easy. If you are very serious, you need to have easy diet method that work for you. I recommend you my diet method for you. I lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks and it was very easy. You can do it too.
I have used Hoodia diet supplements to lose weight...When you go for diet and eat a reduced amount of food your metabolism slows right losing and you can in fact change your health and body. That's why I have chosen the bang way to lose weight without cutting any food and follow dieting.
Hope it may also help you..

Hello dear, there are so many supplement's in the market like Apidexin, Phenphedrine, Liporexall, etc. You many have some exercise and have some fresh veggies, do walk in early morning and drank water earlier in the morning with empty stomach....
    just do it....
