    Hi everyone, I'm Craig Ballantyne and I'll be happy to discuss what works best for you for fat loss, and try to answer some of your questions about what's not working as well.

    While I'm a big fan of intervals rather than cardio, I'll keep an open mind and look forward to learning what is working for maximum fat burning.

    There are so many work's which are relating to fat burning and many diet's, exercises, and nutrition's are also available in the market.... But the simple way is to take proper fat free food, drink water in early morning, do walk and exercise in the morning in fresh air. Fresh veggies, yogurt, salad and some fruits also........
    just do it....

    For maximum fat burning the best thing is to to eat fat burning diet and use it for at least one month and see the result after one month. Eat salad more and more as soon as possible and eat fruits and drink fresh juices daily and avoid eating heavy food.
