Ah,ok
I was searching for such an site with google, and i found it...
That is going to depend on what the ingredients are. "Energy" is a fuzzy sort of buzzword that can mean different things...one can, for example, get energy from various sugars, get "energy" from stimulants such as caffeine, or even from certain adaptogenic compounds. Different combinations of ingredients will yield different effects.
You also need to consider the effects in combination with your diet. If the energy drink in question is high in sugar, for example, it could contribute to body fat if total calories are sufficiently high. And even if in weight maintenance mode, you have to ask yourself if the calories you're consuming are displacing cals that could be coming from more nutritious sources.
IMHO, the vast majority of protein bars are simply value-added candy. Some are better than others, but you need to look carefully at the ingredients to make valid comparisons. A bar that uses whey protein or casein as a primary source of protein is a better quality bar than one that's based on hydrolyzed collagen and soy, for example.
Hi guys,,,

Energy drink may give you power and potential to make you fresh and energetic but on the other hand it may affect and try to drink sugar free energy drinks and natural energy drinks, its more helpful as compared to artificial drinks.
