I look forward to personally meeting many of you and fostering the growth of this community. I am a true believe in the Proverb says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." That's what this forum is all about.

Although my philsophy to teaching is a bit unique in that when we chat here, I will not spoon feed you the answer. I will force you to think for yourself and have confidence in your own decisions.

I believe the everyone holds the answers to their own questions and just needs to be guided to the answer via a coach. I will do my best to guiding you to the most appropriate answers for you based on scientific research, intuition and real world experience!

recently started contributing to Men's Fitness

-- I am the manager and Head Trainer of Phoenix Fitness gym

-- I won the Canadian Fitness Model Championships in 2005

-- I am the author and creator of the top "skinny guy" muscle building course on the net - No Nonsense Muscle Building
