My thanks go to Simon and Will Brink, who gave me the opportunity to provide some in site into the interesting world of beginning bodybuilding by opening this forum.

If you don't know me, let me take a moment to introduce myself. I promise to keep it brief and not toot my own horn beyond what's needed.

I'm an innovative fitness enthusiast and author of The Beginner's Guide to Fitness And Bodybuilding. Once a skinny, 135-pound weakling, today I'm a ~200 pound bodybuilder who teaches thousands of people to gain weight, build muscle and reduce body fat with a workout and nutrition system so simple that even a complete beginner can understand it! Fitness is my passion.

I invite you to ask questions about our sport, especially on nutrition, training for bodybuilding, supplements, and any other related subjects. I will do my best to answer your questions, or find an answer and post it as soon as I do.
