Hi folks, my name is Simon. I'm one of the site admins here, I live in the UK, married, with a baby on the way.

Interests include drinking to much wine, wasting time online, keeping in half decent shape , watching to many movies and so forth.

Goals this year are to add 7 lbs of muscle and lose about the same in fat.

As I post this, the site is just a few weeks away from completion , in the future I hope to see many more introduction threads.
