Hi everyone, I'm totally psyched to share my knowledge of Sport Psychology and how it can help you achieve your dream body.
I've got a very open mind when it comes to training and nutrition. I give pretty much any program the benefit of doubt and use myself as a guinea pig while sharing my results with you.
What I'm most concerned with is your compliance to whatever program you choose. It's important that you find something that is fun and that you are going to stick with for the duration of the program.
